Matla Life Continued PERSAL Deductions After Cancellation
cancelled my Matla Life policy on 26 June 2026, yet deductions continued from my PERSAL salary in August and September. I have repeatedly emailed Matla Life at *** requesting that the deductions stop and that my money be refunded, but I have received no proper response. I am now being told that the person I dealt with no longer works there, while my emails remain unanswered. This is unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund of all deductions made after my cancellation date, written confirmation that the policy is cancelled, and confirmation that no further PERSAL deductions will be made. I have kept my cancellation records, emails and payslips as evidence. Matla Life needs to resolve this urgently.
