When I had a claim on portable device, the advisor (Orapeleng) was very helpful and kept me updated on the progress and status of my claim. My only suggestion would be to digitize the claims form into some kind of workflow as i struggled to complete the editable pdf.

Overall it was a hassle free experience and claim was paid out in a few days.
