I ordered two of their large Multi Purpose bags online. Received a reply with an order number and that the order would be sent via Courier Guy within 1-2 working days. I never received anything - emails bounced, phone calls and messages were not answered. I was ****med. Caveat Emptor.

MASTER BAGS SHAM
I ordered two master bags on 27 April online. The order was confirmed for R508.00 (including R105.00 Courier Guy door-to-door delivery). Their website said allow 5 working days before handing over to The Courier Guy, or collect in Brakpan. After 10 days I tried contacting their customer service to see when I would receive my bags. The website is gone, it says under maintenance. Today, same story. Not even a contact number, so I assume that I have been "had", a ****.

MASTER BAGS SHAM
I ordered two master bags on 27 April online. The order was confirmed for R508.00 (including R105.00 Courier Guy door-to-door delivery). Their website said allow 5 working days before handing over to The Courier Guy, or collect in Brakpan. After 10 days I tried contacting their customer service to see when I would receive my bags. The website is gone, it says under maintenance. Today, same story. Not even a contact number, so I assume that I have been "had", a ****.

poor quality bags, emails do not get answered
www.masterbags.co.za They deliver poor quality, damaged products that do not look like the images on their page. They do not respond to return request emails. I suspect the reviews on their website are all ****, as my negative review did not get posted. They blocked me from their facebook page after I posted pictures of the products I received and the pictures were deleted. The bottom of the bags are not a solid closed piece. They do not mention the loose sack in the bottom that need to be tucked and the huge opening on the bottom that need to be tied closed with string. The bags do not stay open by themselves as advertised.
