MASTER BAGS SHAM

I ordered two master bags on 27 April online. The order was confirmed for R508.00 (including R105.00 Courier Guy door-to-door delivery). Their website said allow 5 working days before handing over to The Courier Guy, or collect in Brakpan. After 10 days I tried contacting their customer service to see when I would receive my bags. The website is gone, it says under maintenance. Today, same story. Not even a contact number, so I assume that I have been "had", a ****.
