poor quality bags, emails do not get answered

They deliver poor quality, damaged products that do not look like the images on their page. They do not respond to return request emails. I suspect the reviews on their website are all ****, as my negative review did not get posted. They blocked me from their facebook page after I posted pictures of the products I received and the pictures were deleted. The bottom of the bags are not a solid closed piece. They do not mention the loose sack in the bottom that need to be tucked and the huge opening on the bottom that need to be tied closed with string.
