Hi good day so I booked a service at market toyota today.they sent me a qoute that I have accepted and then when I came to collect my car it was a hole different price also picked it up with the agent called jade and he said that he will sort it out but when I came for collection I was at another agent telling me that vat was not included i suggested to use other companies that are more honest in there dealing than market toyota tokai I feel ******

Very disappointed waiting on tokai market toyota for an answer for 9 weeks already
I took my car to Toyota tokai for them to sort out the rust work. I've been waiting to hear back from tokai toyota since last year on an answer. I'm still waiting 9 weeks later for an answer and I'm car less. Toyota says they waiting for head office to approve it. Very disappointed on the wait time.
