Very disappointed waiting on tokai market toyota for an answer for 9 weeks already

I took my car to Toyota tokai for them to sort out the rust work. I've been waiting to hear back from tokai toyota since last year on an answer.

I'm still waiting 9 weeks later for an answer and I'm car less. Toyota says they waiting for head office to approve it. Very disappointed on the wait time.
