Failure to fulfil order
Still waiting on my order since May and no response to multiple messages from LuxFurn. Don't buy from these guys of you actually want to receive your goods!

Delayed delivery
I paid the full amount for the bed, headboard and 2 x pedestals. I was told that the order would take 21 days. I waited more that that. Upon delivery I realised that the material used was dirty and I complained. They came to fetch everything and it is over a week now. Each time I called they told me tomorrow. I am so annoyed because today nobody is answering my phone. I no longer want that stuff I demand my money back together with the delivery fee

I went to buy bed at lux furniture at mainreef road laanglagte in january this year,i am so disappointed with their service,they told me its going to take 2 weeks for my bed to be ready,still waiting even today.
