Unhappy customer

I went to buy bed at lux furniture at mainreef road laanglagte in january this year,i am so disappointed with their service,they told me its going to take 2 weeks for my bed to be ready,still waiting even today. I tried communicating with them and they dont respond to my messages or calls,am very sad as i trully trusted them for a good service.
