Delayed delivery

I paid the full amount for the bed, headboard and 2 x pedestals. I was told that the order would take 21 days. I waited more that that. Upon delivery I realised that the material used was dirty and I complained. They came to fetch everything and it is over a week now. Each time I called they told me tomorrow. I am so annoyed because today nobody is answering my phone. I no longer want that stuff I demand my money back together with the delivery fee
