Bad communication
Still waiting for a refund. Have had emails and posts and to date nothing has come through. You have said refund has been processed but no email or confirmation or any further details. When I ask on whatsapp I get a response on the refund has been processed did I get a notification.. When I requested the chair to be seen before I purchased them. I was told it is not allowed. And I can get a 30 day money back garentee..... The rubber come off, the thing is wobbly and terrible. I want my refund. Ill be posting all the time until o actually get someone to call me so we can arrange this refund. On the 6th October o was whatsapped telling me this is uave also emailed *** and the same thing.... What do you do.

So good I keep ordering more!
I originally ordered two of these headlamps, but my husband loved them so much he ended up keeping both in Australia 😂. Not long after that, I was asked to order another one for his son, which I also took over to Australia and they're absolutely loving them! Now that I'm back in South Africa, I'm ordering another two for myself to use on our farm, plus one as a gift for my dad. We do a lot around the farm after dark, and the wide-angle light is such an improvement over a normal headlamp. Being able to see such a wide area in front of you instead of just one small beam makes working at night so much easier. The red light is also fantastic with all the bugs, definitely a winner on a farm and in Australia! 😂 My dad often gets up throughout the night to change the irrigation water and open and close the sluice gates. He's always used a normal headlamp, so I can't wait for him to try this one. I think he's going to be amazed by the difference! Comfortable, bright, practical and genuinely useful. I've now bought six altogether, so I think that says it all! 😂

Faulty unit not replaced.
I ordered a Lumeo Smart pump 6 weeks ago. I was informed that it would be 30-60 days delivery. roughly 5 weeks later the pump arrived. I opened the package and realized the pump was faulty. I contacted Lumeo and they promised to replace the unit. The courier arrived to pick up the faulty init a week ago. I have since heard nothing from Lumeo.
