Bad communication

Still waiting for a refund. Have had emails and posts and to date nothing has come through. You have said refund has been processed but no email or confirmation or any further details.

When I ask on whatsapp I get a response on the refund has been processed did I get a notification..

When I requested the chair to be seen before I purchased them. I was told it is not allowed. And I can get a 30 day money back garentee..... The rubber come off, the thing is wobbly and terrible.

I want my refund.

Ill be posting all the time until o actually get someone to call me so we can arrange this refund. On the 6th October o was whatsapped telling me this is uave also emailed *** and the same thing....
