Faulty unit not replaced.

I ordered a Lumeo Smart pump 6 weeks ago. I was informed that it would be 30-60 days delivery. roughly 5 weeks later the pump arrived. I opened the package and realized the pump was faulty. I contacted Lumeo and they promised to replace the unit. The courier arrived to pick up the faulty init a week ago. I have since heard nothing from Lumeo.
