Not a site I would reccomend
I would not reccoment this site. Out of all of them it is the hardest to win something here. I maybe win something every 2 weeks and I deposit way more than what I win. I dont know of they have something against me, but I find it very hard to win something here

LottoStar Must Be Held Accountable — The National Gambling Board Needs to Take Action!
My experience with LottoStar has left me seriously questioning the fairness, transparency, and accountability of its online slot games. The way these games play can be extremely frustrating, and I believe the concerns of ordinary players deserve to be taken seriously rather than ignored. I strongly urge the National Gambling Board and the relevant provincial gambling authorities in South Africa to conduct a thorough, independent audit of LottoStar's slot games. This audit should examine their advertised Return to Player (RTP) percentages, random number generator (RNG) systems, payout calculations, software integrity, and whether the games operate according to their approved specifications and applicable gambling regulations. Players deserve clear answers. Are these games operating as advertised? Have their payout percentages been independently verified? Are the outcomes genuinely random, and are all relevant regulatory requirements being met? These are legitimate questions that deserve transparent, evidence-based answers. Equally concerning is LottoStar's apparent failure to engage with public complaints on platforms such as HelloPeter. It is unprofessional for a company to leave customers feeling ignored when they take the time to raise concerns about their experiences. Public complaint platforms exist to give consumers a voice, and responding to legitimate grievances should be a basic standard of customer service. Ignoring complaints creates an impression of arrogance and disregard for the very people who support the business. Customers deserve answers, not silence. A company operating in the online gambling industry should demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to address concerns openly. Online gambling operators should not expect the public to trust their platforms blindly without meaningful accountability. If everything is operating fairly and within the law, an independent audit should help demonstrate that. If irregularities are found, the appropriate authorities must take decisive action. I am calling on the relevant gambling authorities to take these concerns seriously, investigate complaints raised by players, and ensure that proper oversight is more than just a formality. The public should not have to repeatedly voice concerns without receiving meaningful responses or reassurance. IT IS TIME FOR COLLECTIVE ACTION! I believe players and concerned members of the public should unite and sign a petition demanding a full, independent audit of LottoStar's slot games, greater transparency, and accountability from both the operator and the relevant regulatory authorities. If legitimate concerns continue to go unanswered, the public should consider a peaceful, lawful campaign to withdraw its support from LottoStar until meaningful answers and demonstrable accountability are provided. Consumers have the right to make informed choices about where they spend their hard-earned money. This is not about making unproven accusations; it is about demanding answers, protecting consumers, and ensuring that gambling operators are held to the standards expected of them. No gambling operator should be above scrutiny, and no customer's voice should be treated as insignificant. We must stand together, sign the petition, raise awareness, and demand that the relevant authorities take these concerns seriously. If LottoStar cannot adequately address legitimate concerns and demonstrate that its games meet the required standards, it should not take the public's trust or continued support for granted. ENOUGH SILENCE. ENOUGH UNANSWERED QUESTIONS. IT IS TIME FOR TRANSPARENCY, ACCOUNTABILITY, AND ACTION! South African players deserve better. Let us unite, sign the petition, and make our voices heard. Our hard-earned money matters, our concerns matter, and our right to demand fair and transparent gambling practices matters.

Only loose money
My experience with Lotto Star is negative. Payout / withdrawal really take to long, and no payouts on weekends. When playing on the promotions, you loose more then what you win. No matter what you bet R2, R5, R10, R20 per spin on any slot. They do minimal winnings, on the slot machines.

Worst gambling site EVER!
Wish I could give this **** site negative stars. Their slots DO NOT PAY! If you want to lose thousands and thousand or Rands, be my guest an go play on Lottostar. I will NEVER gamble on their site EVER again. The must be manipulating their slot games, because at least I win on a lot of other sites, but on theirs, R10 000 and not even a win above R1k. I've max won some games on other sites. Please people, stay away from Lottostar aka Lotto****.

My Experience With Online Gambling Platforms – LottoStar, Hollywoodbets & SunBet
My Experience With Online Gambling Platforms – LottoStar, Hollywoodbets & SunBet I have been reading reviews on HelloPeter about LottoStar, Hollywoodbets and SunBet, and unfortunately many of the experiences described are very similar to my own. I have personally had numerous disappointing experiences with these platforms over the years. One of my biggest concerns is the difference in how quickly deposits are accepted compared with how difficult the withdrawal process can become when you actually win a substantial amount. I have experienced situations where, after winning a couple of thousand rand, the game would freeze or reboot, and then there were concerns about the winnings that had just been displayed. When a customer wins more than R5,000, suddenly an "investigation" can take place, which can delay the withdrawal process. The question I have is simple: Why is depositing money so easy, regardless of the amount, but withdrawing legitimate winnings can become such a complicated process? My experience with LottoStar was particularly disappointing. I had previously completed FICA and had been playing on the platform for years. Eventually, when I actually won money and tried to withdraw it, I was told that I was no longer FICA compliant and needed to complete the process again before I could withdraw. That really made me question the system. If a customer is required to update their FICA information periodically, why can the platform continue accepting that customer's deposits without clearly informing them that their FICA status needs to be updated? Why not prevent further deposits until the required verification has been completed? Instead, the problem only became apparent when I wanted to withdraw money that I had won. Another major frustration is customer service. You can spend hours going from one customer-care agent to another, explaining the same situation repeatedly, while receiving responses that seem to follow a standard script rather than actually addressing the customer's complaint. In my recent LottoStar complaint, I provided the information I had available and explained exactly what happened. I then found myself being asked for further information that, in my opinion, the operator should already have available through its own systems and records. I shouldn't have to conduct an investigation on behalf of a massive gambling company. These are large gambling platforms handling enormous amounts of customer money. I believe there should be proper transparency, accountability and independent oversight when customers dispute transactions, winnings or game-related incidents. I also question the advertising and messaging used by these platforms. For example, LottoStar's motto "Winners know when to stop." To me, that message is questionable. Surely responsible gambling messaging should also recognise that someone who is losing may continue gambling in the hope of recovering their losses. And then we constantly hear about someone winning millions from a single spin. That's wonderful for the person who supposedly won, but as a customer who has experienced difficulty even withdrawing smaller legitimate winnings, it naturally makes me wonder about the transparency of the process. I am not claiming that every reported win is false. I am saying that customers should be able to have confidence in the systems, the investigations and the withdrawal process. I believe the gambling industry needs much stronger transparency and accountability. Customers should not feel that the system is designed to make depositing easy but withdrawing winnings difficult. My experiences have left me extremely disappointed, frustrated and questioning whether enough is being done to protect ordinary customers. If gambling operators want customers to trust them, then they need to demonstrate that trust works both ways — not only when customers are depositing money, but also when customers win.
