I bought 10x Eurolux Garden Spike 75mm Black Gu5.3 1x35w 12v lights on 9 January 2026. They were eventually delivered on 19 January 2026. However none of the lights work. It was such a huge disappointment and a waste of money.

Useless, uncontactable, no delivery and NO REFUND!!
I wish I checked this place on this website before ordering items from them! They dont deliver as indicated on their website, and then I cancelled, I was promised a full refund - and that was it all it was - an empty promise!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Goodbye hard earned money
We ordered filters from them more than a month ago and to this date have not heard anything from them. I tried using them on the number on their website, but no one ever answers. Today I drove to the address on the site only to find out that the have moved suddenly and that they are being liquidated. Got a number for Henk Coetzee who could not open our order on his system, he would contact me again. When I said to him I know he won't contact me he got very short with me. Do not order anything from these people! You will never see any product or you money again

Terrible service
Awful experience. I purchased an inverter which was faulty and sent it back. Since then they have disappeared. Don't answer emails, cant get through on the phone and don't reply to messages. Absolutely terrible service. Feel I have been ****med.

Non-delivery of items ordered, and radio silence from Livestainable
I placed an order (#72529) on 3 June 2026 for a product that I confirmed was in stock before ordering. On 8 June I received an email saying there are some delays on the order, and then on 11 June an email saying "Don't worry we haven't forgotten your order", following that radio silence. I have tried calling, emailing, LinkedIn but absolutely no communication from Livestainable about my order, their website is offline and I get the feeling Henk and Maritsa Coetzee ***ners of Livestainable) have made a run with mine and many other peoples money. Keep very clear of this company, they advertise good prices, promise stock is available and then just disappear on you.

Dishonest Company
On the 27th of May, we placed an online order with Live Stainable. After a full week of zero communication, and after having to chase them ourselves via phone and email, they finally reached out only to tell us our order was delayed. Because of the extremely poor communication, I immediately cancelled the order and requested a full cash refund directly into our business bank account, making it clear we would no longer be doing business with them. Instead of honoring this simple request, two weeks later they simply credited our online store profile with them. I have sent multiple emails explicitly demanding that the money be paid back into our actual bank account, but they are now completely ghosting us. As a newly started small business, every bit of cash flow matters, and being forced to take a financial hit because of another company's dishonest and ********* practices is completely unacceptable. If you value your money and expect basic customer service, do not do business with Live Stainable.
