No communication about missing item
I placed an order and it was confirmed immediately, delivery was the next day which was a good turn-around. However, one of the items from my delivery was not packed/ not in stock. They did not bother to communicate this with me/ contact me to arrange an alternative or refund. This is really poor customer service and I will hesistate to order from them again.

Company incompetence has left me with more than R1000 in bank charges
I have ordered multiple times with liqour.co.za using happy pay but my last experience has left me with the worst impression of this company. My order was never collected by courier guy and worst of all till today i am still getting charges on my account because the order was never cancelled with Happy pay. I have loat more than a R1000 in charges from December up until now. Every week they try to deduct for Liqour.co.za’s incompetence for an order i never received. I made an order in November 2025z order number #***. Till today i am incurring charges. I tried calling, emailing and all have not given me any joy. I asked happy pay to plz communicate with them so that this can be fixed but still no luck. Happy pay has failed me. Liqour.co.za has also failed me. I for one will never be using this service again and will spread the word to everyone i know to stay away from them if you do not want to be broke.

The delivery was very fast and within a day of making the order.Great customer service ,refund was processed before I even received the order for 1 item they didn’t have in stock. Packaged nicely wrapped as well.Great service from the delivery person

Excellent customer service
There was an issue with my order, the payment system erred but money was debited on my account, so no confirmation of order. I called the number on their website, the person who helped me was very friendly and asked me to send proof via WhatsApp so they could investigate. They reached back to me the next day, sorted out the issue and had my order dispatched on the same day.

Worst Customer Experience Ever
I just called Liquor.co.za about my pending order and honestly, I’m shocked at how rude the staff were. Instead of helping or even trying to understand my concern, they responded harshly and made me feel like I was bothering them. If this is how they treat paying customers, then it’s honestly not worth buying from them. Terrible customer service, zero professionalism and definitely not what you expect when you’re just trying to get clarity on your order. I won’t be ordering from them again.
