Worst Customer Experience Ever

I just called Liquor.co.za about my pending order and honestly, I’m shocked at how rude the staff were. Instead of helping or even trying to understand my concern, they responded harshly and made me feel like I was bothering them. If this is how they treat paying customers, then it’s honestly not worth buying from them. Terrible customer service, zero professionalism and definitely not what you expect when you’re just trying to get clarity on your order. I won’t be ordering from them again.
