Great service but managers must swallow a friendly pill.
I go to liquor city in Highlands mall Centurion. Robert is the best! He runs an collect what I want and carry it out to my car. Cashiers are awesome and friendly.

Discusted of how I was treated for reporting a savanna that didn't taste well
My partner and I went to liquor ciry Mams Square to buy drinks as always, we are regular customers there, the sfuff knows us very well, we leave shoprite liquor shop and prefer liquor city even though shoprite is cheaper when it comes to drinks, but the service we get there expecialy from the lady Manager or supervisor, that lady is rude and you'll never reason with her as a customer. We bough 6 can savanna for R139 and we went out immediately when I got into the car I opened 1 savanna, it was super super super bitter, I only drink savanna hence I can differentiate when it's OK and not. We went back to to raise the Co concern about the Savanna we bought, she asked for the till slip which I left it at the door with the guys who check the slips, because I didn't have intentions of bringing it back, I told her that and she said she can't help us, and my husband ask if they can't check our transaction since we used a card she said no, I said on let me tale out a bank statement she said no aswel, We left all 5 unopened Savanna's and 1 which I took only 2 sips there. I'll never ever buy there because honestly it's not the first time she give us attitude, it's fine I went to Shoprite and bought my drinks there, and from now on you'll never ever see me at LIQUOR STORE MAMS SQUARE.

Liquor City Ballito Circle
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Liquor City Ballito Circle. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We got there just as they were closing the doors and preparing to close the tills, and instead of turning us away, they kindly allowed us to come in and shop. What impressed me most was that they never rushed us at all. The team took their time helping us find the items we were looking for and were so patient while we carefully calculated our bill before paying. We even changed our minds and returned a box of Corona for a box of Stella Artois, and the staff handled it with such professionalism and kindness. Not once did they complain; instead, they continued assisting us with smiles on their faces and even asked if there was anything else we needed. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. The staff made us feel valued and welcome, especially at a time when many places would have been eager to close and leave. Thank you to the amazing team at Liquor City Ballito Circle for ending our 1'st evening in Zimbali on such a positive note. Highly recommended! 🌟🍻

Bad service😡😡
I have never been disrespected by someone who is supposed to render me a good service that I actually deserve as a client. She spoke to me like I was her friend. No professionalism,customer service, understanding what she is doing. People like her are the ones who give a good business that has n been there for long a bad name. They shouldn’t at all be dealing with customers rather somewhere hidden. Or not at all be part of a team. I had ordered online unfortunately there was no delivery option available today. I respectfully walked in and greeted asked for my order. Had a photo that I screenshotted and even my app was was showing the order number and everything. Even a Grade 3 pupil would read and understand what was there as she also had a copy of the order. Or my maybe she thought im a *****. Eventually she called some manager which she said showed her too the order on copy. She’s disrespectful. Rude , knows nothing about customer service. And what makes me so upset is that she didn’t see anything wrong still. I reside 2km away from the business. I deserve an apology but most importantly she needs to be given training/learned on customer service. Or move her from her current position as it’s disappointing and sad. How many other customers she’s this rude 💁🏽♂️ She might even make other employees see it as the right way.

Rynfield Terrace. The large Coke has it printed all over their bottles.....Recommended price R25 in red. No we can not sell it at that price, we will be losing money. What a **** and bull story from an arrogant manageress. No problem. I won't be shopping there again.

Liquor City Jackal Creek Corner
Liquor City Jackal Corner, I received one of the worst services from one of your lady employees. Her attitude and service towards female customers was very poor compared to the males who were ahead of us. I even caught her name (Yanela) which she happened to share with the male customers.
