Discusted of how I was treated for reporting a savanna that didn't taste well

My partner and I went to liquor ciry Mams Square to buy drinks as always, we are regular customers there, the sfuff knows us very well, we leave shoprite liquor shop and prefer liquor city even though shoprite is cheaper when it comes to drinks, but the service we get there expecialy from the lady Manager or supervisor, that lady is rude and you'll never reason with her as a customer.

We bough 6 can savanna for R139 and we went out immediately when I got into the car I opened 1 savanna, it was super super super bitter, I only drink savanna hence I can differentiate when it's OK and not. We went back to to raise the Co concern about the Savanna we bought, she asked for the till slip which I left it at the door with the guys who check the slips, because I didn't have intentions of bringing it back, I told her that and she said she can't help us, and my husband ask if they can't check our transaction since we used a card she said no, I said on let me tale out a bank statement she said no aswel, We left all 5 unopened Savanna's and 1 which I took only 2 sips there.

I'll never ever buy there because honestly it's not the first time she give us attitude, it's fine I went to Shoprite and bought my drinks there, and from now on you'll never ever see me at LIQUOR STORE MAMS SQUARE.
