Liquor City Ballito Circle

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Liquor City Ballito Circle. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming from the moment we arrived.

We got there just as they were closing the doors and preparing to close the tills, and instead of turning us away, they kindly allowed us to come in and shop. What impressed me most was that they never rushed us at all. The team took their time helping us find the items we were looking for and were so patient while we carefully calculated our bill before paying.

We even changed our minds and returned a box of Corona for a box of Stella Artois, and the staff handled it with such professionalism and kindness. Not once did they complain; instead, they continued assisting us with smiles on their faces and even asked if there was anything else we needed.

That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. The staff made us feel valued and welcome, especially at a time when many places would have been eager to close and leave. Thank you to the amazing team at Liquor City Ballito Circle for ending our 1'st evening in Zimbali on such a positive note. Highly recommended! 🌟🍻
