Vivian from Linklayer

We recently moved in to a new unit which already had fibre installed, After placing and order for the line to be activated with mweb, we waited almost 2 weeks just for them to activate it. I made phone call after phone call but no luck with mweb. That was until I decided to contact linklayer to assist with the process, where an amazing lady by the name of Vivian came to my rescue! She went above and beyond, even working way after hours to try get my line up and running. She managed to do more in a day than mweb did in 2 weeks. She is the definition of amazing service and going above and beyond when it wasn't even her duty to do so. I can't speak for linklayer themselves yet, as our wifi has only been active a couple of days now, but if Linklayer sees this, Please look after Vivian, she is a gem!!!
