Pathetic to the core

If I could leave no stars, I would. I have had linklayer a couple of years, as I have been told it is the only service available for my area. Sadly, they are a terrible company. What kind of company has no way of being contacted? Their WhatsApp doesn't work. EMailing them renders no reply. And if you try to phone them...do you think they answer? Even their website is not up to date about outages which lately have been far too often yet they have the audacity to charge one of the heftiest fees for their service in the industry. I work from home and depend on the fibre for my work. I have lost so much income as a result. I end up spending more money on alternatives waiting for my fibre to work than what I even spend on their service sometimes. Atrocious company. I have no internet now and am using one of my alternatices to write this review. To say I am outraged is a huge understatement.
