My experience with Linklayer fibre was quick, painless and effective. The agent allocated to me, Viv, was friendly, helpful and very well informed. She was clearly passionate about her job and about customer service which made the experience pleasant. She kept in contact, provided regular updates and created the required escalations to solve the problems I was experiencing, going the extra mile in doing so.
