Linklayers

Viv turned a nightmare into a dream. I recently moved to Durban and got a service provider for internet. What a disaster. No after service sales, I was not contacted by them. They ask a fortune and send me the devices except for the most important one. I contact them and was informed that I need to wait for Linklayers to contact me as they need to install the Fibre. So eventually after back and forth I phoned Linklayers myself just to find out I have been given false information. Viv was so helpful and quickly sorted the mess out for me. I am forever grateful to Viv and Linklayers. What a blessing to deal with them. I am sure I would still be waiting on my service provider, wish I can cancell soon so I can sign with Linklayers instead.
