Linklayer Customer Service

Due to the non-existing customer service at Mweb I contacted Linklayer to see if they could help. I was contacted by Viv who was amazing. Not only trying everything within her power to assist but also sending a team out to check the physical infrastructure. She has been in constant contact and updated me throughout. If only Mweb had somebody half as efficient on their team!
