Link Layer - The worst

I moved to a property that was previously a free standing house now converted to have 6 units. When fiber was laid only 1 connection into the property was done. One of the other tenants on the property app**** and got installation with the 1 that was there. When I app**** with Link layer was put through the wringer, only for them to come back to say it isn't feasible to do the installation for my unit. They got approval from the landlord, came and did inspection, spoke to other tenants and now I am being denied connection and unfortunately they are the only providers in the area
