Internet is very slow

Their service is decreasing day by day, not reach out to the clients, i reported that my internet speed is giving me problems t and I want to change my subscription fee they never responded it was August until this day, I depend on the internet to make a living I am expected to pay for my subscription every month without a fail but they not fixing the problem.
