Nitonya was simply brilliant, her professionalism, patience, kindness and empathy displayed was amazing, i felt at ease and informed and i wasn't the best client to be dealing with as the entire time i was frustrated with MWEB and their services, Nitonya attended to me without any questions not hesitation and for that i am thankful. link layer has been givingn good service for a while...
