I changed ISP for Fibre to my home

I changed ISP for Fibre to my home. The ISP who were to provide the service were very disappointing and after 2 weeks I still had no internet , dispite having paid via debit order off my bank account. Out of frustration I contacted Linklayer directly and asked if the could assist me. They were excellent, provided the right advice, by asking me to have my Fibre line released by the non performing ISP. Which I followed, and after 24-48 hours the non performing ISP released the Fibre line. Linklayer were extremely efficient, arranged a new ISP, namely "Cool ideas", and within 3 hours my Fibre line was up and running.
