I had an issue with my Fibre connection, during peak times I was getting throttled to a point that I was unable to access the network, so I reached out to their customer support via WhatsApp. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded. The representative, Viv, was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable. She listened attentively to my problem and was able to provide a solution right away.
