I am so impressed with the service I received from Customer Service Representative Shaylin Naicker from Linklayer Fibre. I requested a migration to a new ISP online on Tuesday, I received a call immediately from Shaylin who assisted me with this process. Everything was effortless, fast and efficient. Previous isp line was migrated to Ballito isp, this morning (48hours) link layer technical team was on the ball doing a repair to the Fibre line and cables. By lunch I was connected. My previous experience with another service provider had made me upset and disappointed. But today having the best experience from Link layer and such a quick turn around time I highly recommend this company. Application for Fibre can be done on their website so it's very simple.
