What started out as an apparent nightmare for me was soon turned around and efficiently & effectively dealt with by Vivaine. From staying after hours to help, to sending a team out the next morning, Viv managed to get my services back up and running. Thanks Viv, your constant communication (even with my ISP) and follow-up was reassuring and certainly turned a bad situation into a good one.
