Worst isp ever!!!!!!

Very fast to send out invoices (they make sure the internet is working that day). Every week there is something wrong and takes days to get resolved. They have unqualified people to try and get things solved. Only excuses everytime I phone them. They dont care at all until they want your money then they are very fast to communicate. If you look at all the complaints on Hellopeter they haven't responded to one complaint. Just goes to show how they care. Worst isp I have ever worked with.
