UNHAPPY CLIENT WITH LETABA WIFI

Hello, I'm so sad it's been a week with no connection from Letaba wifi, I reported the matter on their WhatsApp platform, they asked for contact details of the person who contacted them and the one who who will be on site, but when I ask about when will they come to fix the issue on whatspp got a message saying they tried calling me but couldn't get hold of me, but I never got miss call or voicemail . I went to the brunch near me today and still no assistance.
