Tower problem

today the technician came for installation after 25 days of waiting and there was a disadvantage of signal they couldn't find it because we are far from the tower we need a tower from our village more that 10 houses experienced the same issue but there's no a solution on that and we really need a wifi due to the school projects for kids and a business
