Nowhere near the speed we pay for.

We pay for 20 or more download speed and about the same up (I forget exactly how much). Today 2.5 down/1 up. So, now we pay about R500 for yet another call out. Monthly we are paying a fortune in call outs. The people are nice enough, although the receptionist doesn't know the difference between upload and download speed which is kind of the only thing they sell.... I'm losing business due to this and during covid we are very worried.
