Letba wireless

You sign a contract with letaba wireless then they dont give you the network speed that you signed for. When you complain then they want to sent a technician to you asking R300 callout fee plu R4 per km to fix a problem that is on their side. But each mont you have to pay them the full amount that you signed for although they dont give you the correct network speed.
