Letaba Wireless, Blatant *********

I had an arrangement with Letaba Wireless to install wireless at my living quarters at work through a link installed by them, paid for by the company I worked for, the deal was that it does not interfere with the company internet. They said this was okay, while I asked if it would interfere with the company internet on multiple occasions, I was told every time that it would be okay. It worked fine for about a month. Then we started getting really slow internet speed and it only works sometimes. Then we phoned them, they supposedly fixed the problem. After a while my workplace started experiencing issues. They came, again said they fixed the problem and then it all happened again. On the 25th of November I sent them a cancelation request, this was responded too by sending the company I work for a quote to upgrade the link. This goes against the deal I had with them, because clearly this is interfering with the company internet. This made me be in a lot of trouble with work. Again today, 2nd December 2020 I have sent them a cancelation request and am yet to receive a reply but still patient for now. And I have a fundamental problem with people that take advantage of people that do not know better. Because if this is what they do to someone that knows what they are talking about, How would they cheat people that are uneducated in this field.
