Letaba WiFi is, without a doubt, one of the worst service providers I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. From the start, their service was unreliable, with constant connection drops and speeds that were nowhere near what was promised. Customer service is non-existent – whenever I reached out for help, I either received no response at all or was given completely unhelpful replies.

On top of that, their billing system is a nightmare, with overcharges and confusing statements that seem designed to confuse and frustrate. It's clear that they don't value their customers, and their infrastructure is outdated and unable to handle even the most basic usage. I wouldn't recommend Letaba WiFi to my worst enemy, let alone anyone else. Stay far away from them – you're better off looking elsewhere for a reliable and customer-friendly service.
