What's happened to Letaba Networks? We've been customers for years, live in George's Valley close to Tzaneen. We now call DAILY to report network being down or so slow a single device cannot even run smoothly. Then when we complain or report they have this snarky way to send us a screenshot that we are at full utilisation and stable....... While we are OFF!! When we query this, because it's impossible, they refer it to management, and then suddenly and miraculously it's fixed. For a few hours. Then off again and our roundabout starts again. I pay more in buying data and calls to Letaba Wireless than our monthly installment for a service we do not even receive.

And we're not alone, everyone is complaining about it. Your reputation is poor and getting worse. People I know actively advise AGAINST ever trying this company now, and we started doing the same. I want to move to a new supplier and have seen some good reviews on other service providers, but if anyone sees this and wants to recommend, will definitely jump on it. So tired of struggling.
