Can't deal with the slow internet and bad service anymore.

If i could give them a lower rating than 1 star i would. We've had Letaba ever since Capricom handed our district over to Letaba. At first we thought oh hey, they might bring some fresh new internet services, but we soon realized their services went down the drain.

We are lucky if we get a day of wifi that's uninterrupted, some days we're lucky enough to get a message about some vague reason the wifi services are intermitted, other times we just have to contact them only for them to tell us we should get a higher speed connection if we want to do what we want to do or WE are using too much of the wifi we're paying for, even though we don't do anything more than what we usually do.

We just don't even report any issues anymore because it's not helped at all. We wish they could give us back to Capricom or upgrade their services, they've taken up too many costumers for what they have capacity for is my opinion.

There's a reason they don't have public comments up on their facebook page, go check the comments on any one of their adverti*****ts, 'all comments' usually shows you a bunch of unhappy customers.

We're looking into alternatives now, service has been going down hill long enough for us to reach a breaking point.
