Bad Service

I have a 6 Mbps line but is only getting 1.3 Mbps. More or less a month ago I went to the office at Tzaneen and asked them to help. They recommended a sky fiber. I then bought a second hand skyfiber dish that was arranged by lady working at accounts at Tzaneen branch. I then bought a second hand skyfiber dish for R2400. The technician came to install the skyfiber and said there is no signal. Now I am sitting with equipment that I cannot use.

I went again to the office at Tzaneen to speak to one of the managers. He said that they can't do anything about it and I need to sell the equipment on Facebook. He also had the nerve to say to me that I need to market Letaba wireless at Duiwelskloof to get at least 5 people to want skyfiber so that they can install a R150 000 station, to make it worth their trouble. So how should I do their work? That is absolutely ridiculous.

He also said that he will fix the problem that I have with my line and until now nothing was done.

I never in my life experienced so many issues with one service provider.

I then in the meanwhile went to Vodacom and got a 20 Mbps uncapped line for R599.

I canceled my account and the Management at Tzaneen can put the skyfiber dish up where the sun does not shine.
