Bad service

We experienced wind during the past week and my wifi started acting up since then, I called them and log a ticket it has been 2 weeks they are not coming to fix my wifi and when I do a follow-up Im always told a technician will come but nothing is happening. I'm very ****ed with their service yet I am paying without failure on my due date.
