Bad customer service

I have been using Letaba Network since 2021, but my experience has been terrible recently. Since July 2024, my WiFi has been repeatedly hacked, and despite reporting the issue multiple times, the company has done nothing to resolve it. They promised that nobody would hack my network, yet here we are, with unauthorized users slowing down my connection and no action from their side.

All they do is take my money at the end of the month without providing proper customer service or ensuring the security of my WiFi. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend their services to anyone.
