Bad service
I phoned them becaurse I could not upload my bank statements. The agent ask me to email it, I did it about 4 times, could be more. I tried to phone them from my cell an it just showed that the call is ticking but no sound. I ask them on live chat to ask someone yo phone me. The lady refuse. She also did notvescalated my query to a team leader or manager.

Terrible at removing your name with the ***, too fast at paying loan. They have not updated a loan I took in July and they not kind or considerate even when you call. Take a loan with them out of your own risk.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I wanted to apply for a loan on the webiste and done everything, I was never informed that the loan was approved and the money sent to me via e-wallet. At the end of the month they debited my account. I never received the e-wallet and I called several times and the agents cannot assist you or you hold on forever. I am highly disappointed. I WANT MY MONEY BACK ALL MY MONEY
