Bad service

I phoned them becaurse I could not upload my bank statements. The agent ask me to email it, I did it about 4 times, could be more. I tried to phone them from my cell an it just showed that the call is ticking but no sound. I ask them on live chat to ask someone yo phone me. The lady refuse. She also did notvescalated my query to a team leader or manager.
