Voucher misleading tactics
I was invited by LPA after being told that I had a surprise gift or voucher waiting for me. Because of this, I changed my plans for the day and went to see them, expecting to simply collect what was promised. Instead, I sat through a sales presentation that lasted over an hour, with repeated pressure to purchase a holiday membership. After we explained that we wanted time to think about such a big financial decision, we were told we could only receive the promised restaurant voucher if we came back a few days later with our answer. This was disappointing. The "surprise" or "voucher" was used to get us through the door, and it felt misleading. If the voucher was genuinely part of the invitation, it should have been given regardless of whether we signed up or not. The staff were polite, but the overall experience left us feeling that our time was not respected. I believe people should be told upfront if they are being invited to attend a sales presentation, rather than being led to believe they are simply collecting a gift or voucher.

Firstly a big shout out to Rebone for teaching us about what "timeshares" are, we joined in 2024 with much hesitation but we started exploring the packages. We managed to explore The Caribbean Estate, Crystal Springs, Mabalingwe and Ngwenya Lodge. To say Rebone was of amazing help would be an understatement! She has been able to afford us with post membership joining help, taking our calls when we weren't too sure of bookings, advising us when we needed direction and we are happy because with all her help we are taking our first international trip to Bali with the LPA partner 7 Across. Funny how just by taking her advise and trusting her sales pitch we have been able to do so much and travel so broadly! Kudos to Rebone and we only trust God that she will be as amazing to other members as she continues to be to us. And to LPA you guys are rocking our world ****ERALLY!!)

We went to Mount Amanzi to collect the voucher as per the promotional call we received. We were welcomed by Letta who took us through the holiday products they offer. She was professional and gave a good service , we left with the voucher as promised.
