Awesome Service
I’ve had such a great experience with this company! I purchased two laser machines from them about 3 years ago, and I’m honestly still so impressed with the quality both machines are still working perfectly to this day. What really stands out for me is their after-sales support. Anytime I’ve had questions or needed assistance, they’ve been responsive, helpful, and professional. It’s rare to find a company that continues to care about their clients long after the purchase is made. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable aesthetic equipment and excellent customer service.

Awesome Service
I’ve had such a great experience with this company! Dont waste your money with Laser Equipt in Brakpan for medical laser machines
I get regular laser hair removal treatments for a Salon In Plattekloof. I also am busy with a tattoo removal. The machine is new and it keeps on breaking. First i had to wait a month for my 4th session as they wanted on a new "laser handle" form Laser Equipt. Now after my 1st tattoo removal session the handle got too hot and we had to stop the session. The handle was sent away and came back faulty it seems. I was told today by the owner that Charles Henderson Kinghorn and Anel Kinghorn the owners of Laser Equipt has ghosted her and now blocked her so she had to find someone else to fix the machine. For such an expensive laser hair removal machine, owner said it cost her R74 000 and problems started within months of aquiring the machine and handle had to get replaced after 9 months, I would not recommend any salon buying from this company. Now the clients have to suffer.

Poor machine quality, but expensive, very unreliable & poor client service.
My personal experience with LaserEquipt based in Brenthurst, Brakpan. As they BLOCKED me from their social media pages, please find my HONEST review here. In Jan of 2025 ñ brought a laser machine from Anel & Charles. Anel gave me training. On their website they ensure "Ongoing support & Maintenance with QUICK repairs". They also claim "Choose Laser Equipt for QUALITY, innovation and RELIABILITY". I've been experiencing ongoing "significant mechanical issues" rendering the machine unfit for safe use on clients, over this past YEAR. This has caused me severe reputational and financial harm to my small business. Once again the machine has failed. I paid over R74k till date for this "quality and reliable" machine & it's repairs. And currently I am being "ignored" by the whole Laser Equipt team. I was blocked from their pages. Anel and/or Charles can you please respond, it's been a week and provide the SAHPRA documentation requested.

Bad quality laser hair removal & Pico machine
I am a client ot a salon who bought a R70k laser air and Pico machine from them in Jan 2025. The machine is barely a year old and keeps on breaking causing my treatments to be postponed. The owner who is also my daughter are blocked and sitting with a broken machine and they are ghosting her. I think they are *******y importing these machines without Medical certificates from th e Government. Anel & Charles Kinghorn.
