Poor machine quality, but expensive, very unreliable & poor client service.

In Jan of 2025 ñ brought a laser machine from Anel & Charles. Anel gave me training.

On their website they ensure "Ongoing support & Maintenance with QUICK repairs". They also claim "Choose Laser Equipt for QUALITY, innovation and RELIABILITY".

I've been experiencing ongoing "significant mechanical issues" rendering the machine unfit for safe use on clients, over this past YEAR. This has caused me severe reputational and financial harm to my small business.

Once again the machine has failed. I paid over R74k till date for this "quality and reliable" machine & it's repairs. And currently I am being "ignored" by the whole Laser Equipt team. I was blocked from their pages. Anel and/or Charles can you please respond, it's been a week and provide the SAHPRA documentation requested.
