Bad quality laser hair removal & Pico machine

I am a client ot a salon who bought a R70k laser air and Pico machine from them in Jan 2025. The machine is barely a year old and keeps on breaking causing my treatments to be postponed. The owner who is also my daughter are blocked and sitting with a broken machine and they are ghosting her. I think they are *******y importing these machines without Medical certificates from th e Government. Anel & Charles Kinghorn.
